Marcy Rowing Machine Home Gym Workout Excerise Station NS-40503RW

I fell in love with using the rowing machine a couple of years ago at a local gym. I wanted one of my own to help keep me active during the Pandemic lock down. This was so easy to put together. Very smooth motion on all moving parts. Great price and very well made.

The seat is very comfortable and it is a great workout. Love it!

The Marcy rower is a nice piece of equipment, I have found their equipment reliable. This is still new and works well so far. It's great for combining a workout of building muscle and cardio. I also like the added iPhone/ iPad holder. It was a gift for my husband who did the gym and trainer's before the babies and he likes it.

Easy to assemble, works great!

First. Like easy of assembly. It has 8 settings for resistance for the perfect tension workout. Display readout has scanning feature. Easy to reset results to next workout. Seat comfortable and fits well for long time use.

Easy online purchase and delivery. Set up was a bit more challenging had to get my brother in law to help. After one week of use the computer stopped working. I contacted Marcy Customer Service and they said they would send me a new one. Fingers crossed it gets here soon and it works.

I did have a little trouble putting it together but finally got it. I am also not satisfied with the straps for your feet. It is difficult to wrap them around the back of the pedal and then up to the inside.

It came very quickly and everything was in the package. I've used it several times and it seems to be in good working order. All the tools needed to assemble were included. The monitor on the machine is good but I suggest using a fitness tracker such as fitbit. The heart monitor isn't included and must be purchased separately but uses a wire to connect to the machine. The machine seems to be very durable and able to withstand excessive movements needed to use. It folds up but is still bulky. It takes up about the same space as a recliner or large chair. The instruction for assembly are definitely not the best I've ever seem but after figuring out which bolts went were it was fairly straight forward. I would recommend this machine over some of the others I've seen on the market and the price point is about spot on.

I liked it at first but I realized the levels don't change. I started with level one but after 1 week I tried to go up a level and absolutely no change in resistance. I like the overall machine but I don't feel I'm getting a real workout.
