Great taste.
I love rutabagas. I'm in my 70s and I don't really have the strength to prepare rutabagas from the veggie. These have a great taste. I like to always keep a can or two on my shelf. Convenient and tasty.

Substitute for potatoes
As preparing a fresh rutabaga is a bit challenging at times, I enjoy the convenience of these canned rutabagas. I enjoy them with a little balsamic glaze. So handy to have in the pantry.

This is one of the hardest vegetables to cut and peal so getting it in a can is fantastic. I am allergic to carrots so this is my substitute for those. Thanks

A southern treat
I have bought this in the past. It finally came back into stock. This is a southern staple. I love rutabagas....it has that bitter yet sweet smooth taste. Eat it as a side dish or create your own. Get this Great buy while in stock

Definitely convenient, but….
Definitely a timesaver but I did not care for the texture of flavor of these at all in comparison to using fresh rutabagas; I will not buy these again.

Beware
Upon opening the can I was hit with a very very strong smell of bleach. This indicated the product had gone bad and should be disposed of since it was unsafe to eat.
