This was excellent! It was so fresh everyone thought I had just blended it up myself! All of the ingredients were fresh cut - and I could tell - because you could actually taste them all. As opposed to pre-cut veggies that ship in a bag to be mixed, the veggies did not have that bagged flavor at all.

this chimichurri sauce is extremely fresh and flavorful. better than I could possibly make myself. the blend of spices and ingredients is perfect allowing you to taste each item without any of them being completely overbearing. it is definitely on my list a favorites.

This was my first time using this sauce. I basted some sliced tri tip beef and baked in an air fryer. It turned out good and tasted fine. However, when using the Chimichurri sauce to serve over fried chicken, dip bread into or use in prepared foods, it has an oily, stale taste and the herbs don't have a fresh flavor. It seems to work better as an marinade than a finishing sauce.
