This is the best flour ever, my wife used nothing but she was insistent on only using Martha White. God rest he soul 51yrs old. So on with the Martha White stories!! I have made muffins and breads of all types and they have turned out perfect, Here is one for you, read the ingredients on any loaf of bread. What the heck it's like 25 or 30 ingredients most of them can't even pronounce. Well I make my own bread with ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS SO HEALTHY... It is out out this world...Here we go....two cups of Martha White self rising flout...1/4 cup of mayonnaise....1 cup of milk....mix well and bake for 35 to 40 minutes on 350...to check the bread or muffins poke the top with your finger and it should spring back. .NOW here is a real treat..I have a wedge of parmesan cheese and I did a fine grade with the wedge (real parmesan cheese). Don't be stingy with it...mix in with the three ingredient recipe I gave for the bread....bake for the same time and temp I gave for the bread...pull the baking rack out at 30 minutes and place a fair about to shredded parmesan cheese on to bread and quickly shove the rack back into the oven...keep an eye it. let it bake for another 10 minutes and I promise it is like a 7 dollar loaf of bread...and you cant get an healthier than this 3 ingredient bread...With the parmesan cheese it is out of this world....Today is the 9th of May...Mothers day is tomorrow and I would like to thank the family builder of America and wish them a Happy Mothers Day...
Our family has used this brand for years. Just like everything about it. When you find a product that works always ,taste great and cooks well you better stay with it.
The best is Martha white. I'm 64 and have been using it all my years. My granny Underwood wouldn't use nothing but Martha White. It's my go to brand for sure.
Good flour for biscuits. That's about all I need it for. Occasionally I dust a cake pan, or might make some gravy, but biscuits are the main thing. This flour feels different than cheaper flour brands in your hands.
My wife loves it. Perfect to use. Nice for biscuits or some may use for bagels, toast, and provide for structure. Yeast away
I always use this brand my 62 yrs
I put my flour in a container and it does keep it fresh. I use it for baking of course.
I meant to order 5 lb. BAG
I just wanted 1 -2 lb bag of self rising flour not 3.. I am totally unhappy, about having to present my drivers license and have it photographed to people I do not know. Each delivery person is different and I have to present and have it photographed to prove I'm 18 years old? I'm 83 and I certainly would prefer that you photograph me and not my license. I would like to know a valid explanation why this was done after all these years I have done business with you. This is not safe for me to have my identification with so many people I do not know.
I ordered a 5lb. bag of flour, you sent me 4 bags of 2lbs.making me pay too much!!!!
