I love this for my son, he's been using it for about a 4 months now and it's really been helping him to calm down and stay somewhat focused. He's 4 now he'll be 5 in Oct. so I'm still aware that some things are a typical 4yr old behavior, but this has really helped calm him down

I don't take it everyday, but do take it on those days I feel like I need a little help with grounding and balancing. So far, I feel like it really helps! So far I really am enjoying this supplement, I notice a difference in my mood %26 I'm able to manage stress better. I've noticed I sleep better, and even my cycles have become regular which is a plus. Over all highly recommend! Plus absorption is better than gummies.
