This is the very best multi that I have ever taken. As a survivor of open heart surgery , I demand quality supplements and Mary Ruth's delivers. I literally feel a physical difference while taking this product. Now if we can just get them to ramp up production. I have been out for two months and am beyond anxious to get my next bottle !

The only thing i can say negative is the Taste, but i have found if i chase it down with coffee i cant feel that after taste otherwise i smell and taste the fish. but it has been working to boost my energy so i will stay with it i like that it gets into my system quickly vs. pills.i hope they come out with another flavore. i have gotten my coworkers hooked on this

I love Mary Ruth's products; however, the taste reminds me of Father John's ( taste like flavored cod liver oil - yuk!). Too soon to know if it helps. I'll return in a couple of weeks to update. I also don't like that it's not a months supply buying two per month is kinda pricey especially since I also have the night time formula as well.

I only marked this one low due to the change in taste. The algae oil was added to the men's multivitamin and it makes it unbearable to drink. If you can handle the fishy taste I would recommend.

This is one of the most nastiest liquid Vitamins that I have ever tasted. I looked at the reviews before purchasing and I saw the warnings about the taste, but I am the type of person that will give the benefit of the doubt and experience it for myself. Most turned out to have been palatable, despite the negative reviews concerning tastes. This time it proved to be true. It tastes so bad, that I could not consume it after the first dose.

but it smells disgusting. Putrid even. I lost count how many times I attempted to take it. It wasn't exactly cheap. = I finally threw it out today.

I thought this would be a fantastic deal ,however, I had to throw it out this was the most HORRIBLE TASTING LIQUID MEDICINE I'VE EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH IF YOU HAVE EVER HAD THE CHANCE TO TASTE POLYVISOL OR CREOMULSION AS A CHILD .. welll think that it's worse ughhh

The taste is absolutely horrible, it's got the aftertaste of throw up. Don't let the nice peach smell fool you when you smell it after opening, because the taste is nothing like peach or even vanilla. I regret buying this, the kid's vitamins taste better than this.

The taste and smell is horrible. It's like eating raw uncooked fish. The odor is strong and lingering. I just purchased this item to help with low energy but cannot bare to take due to the strong fishy odor and taste.

I will not be purchasing this ever again. Can't tell u if it works or not - it's not medically necessary, it's not happening, can't get past the thick, pudding, funny taste.
