It takes the hard work out of squeezing the cabbage to make sauerkraut. I've made it twice now and it has done a very good job.. the price and the quality is also good!

1st time fermenter
Shipped in sturdy box to keep everything organized and in one place in between uses. Fermentation guide has easy to follow instructions. The lids and wooden compactor is exceptional for making sauerkraut.

I am very satisfied with the kit! Alabama Lady FC
I found the recipe book great for my project. I am impressed with the pickle pipes but the weights could be heavier. I like the pickle pounder the Best for packing the vegetable into the jars. I feel that the price is a bit much . If you enjoy the end product , the efficiency and convenience of the kit would be worth it if you are going to continue to make fermented food products .

Good but wish was about 10 cheaper
Overall I really enjoy. I think the packaging is too big which the instructions say to store in when not in use.
