Making the edging easier to work with • Let it warm fully before shaping it. Even 20–30 minutes in direct sun can make a big difference in flexibility. • Unroll it gradually instead of pulling it tight all at once. That reduces the “memory curl” it wants to snap back into. Getting a straighter border • Use stakes as alignment anchors, not just fasteners. Place one at the start, one at the end, run a string line between them, and use that as your guide. • Add stakes at shorter intervals in any section where the edging wants to bow or wave. • Press the edging into the soil slightly before staking — it helps it sit naturally in a straight line.

This trim works great between my new driveway and my neighbor's higher lawn. Now their dirt stays behind the trim and doesn't run down my driveway. Need to lay it in the sun to unroll properly. After that it stayed in a straight line so it could be installed easily. Heavy duty, will last a lifetime.

Quality is very good. In the heat of the day, it becomes wavy and doesn't stay straight. In my case I could have used a few more stakeholders.

I like that it is very easy to install. But it needs about three times more pins to anchor the edging.
