Maxell 6 Pack AG13 LR44 A76 357 Alkaline Button Cell batteries New Hologram Packaging

I did not receive a single pack of 6 batteries as I was expecting. The seller cut up a larger package of batteries. I received a 4 in one cut and 2 in the other for 6 in total, just not in a single package as shown on the website. Both did have the same 'Use By' date.

My kid has a toy that takes LR44 batteries. I ordered a two pack and put them in. The toy didn't turn on. I got my battery tester that has proven to be quite reliable. One was dead-dead and the other at 40%. OK. Maybe I just got a bad pack that had been sitting too long. It happens. Whatever. I ordered a 6 pack. Of the six, five were so low they won't turn the toy on. One was at 50%. Between the 50% and the 40%, the toy works well enough to keep her entertained until I can find a better source for LR44 batteries. Also, I assume they cut the packages into pairs to sell smaller quantities, but it's weird to get a bunch of pairs clearly cut out of a larger package.

These batteries are supposed to be 1.5 Volts. I tested a couple of them right out of the package - one was 1.43 Volts and the other was 1.41 Volts. They were in date, but they must have been sitting around a long time.

I used these in a snowflake ornament, not happy how long they lasted, not on all day maybe 5 hours, so maybe 2 weeks, whenever I received them is the day I put them in.

have always had a good experience with Maxell batteries and these were no exception. Worked well. Would purchase again.
