I've been giving these to my 13yr old son for about 6 months. I think there was an improvement but I can't say for sure it was these vitamins. I'm not willing to stop just to find out, either. Dosage is 2 pills per day in a powder incapsulated size.
My daughter does not like any of the kid gummies. . an adults are too big. these were perfect for her... no fighting for taking vitamins anymore!
These vitamins are really good for my son. He has a weak immune system and this has really helped it become stronger. He recovered from being sick in only 2 days instead of a week or 2
13 yr old athletic son seems to be doing well on these, no complaints! Will continue to purchase these for him… has grown at least 6 inches in the past year
These are great vitamins that are easy to take and swallow. They are full of all the nutrients to help a growing teen. I have been using them for over 6 months and have seen how they benefit my child's health.
My teen prefers pills to chewable gummy vitamins. He says that they are easy to swallow with no taste/flavor. I like the ingredients and the sourcing of the ingredients!
I got these for my granddaughters who are very picky eaters and I worry they are not getting much nutrition. They weren't in love with the slightly grassy smell but were able to swallow them without any trouble and did not mind them after the first day. I feel these vitamins will fill in some nutrition they are not getting through their current food choices.
Just received it for my daughter. Her doctor has her on seversl of the vitamins and minerals in the suppliment. Would be nice if it were a little less expensive
Only male multivitamin I can find with Iron in it. Unfortunately must be ordered and wait for shipping.
taste and smell is terrible
