Reliable product, I purchased after falling in the shower. I was unable to stand up without pulling on things or assistance. This shower chair is great.

Shower chair good, grab bar bad

Patrick March 19, 2026

The shower chair itself is well constructed and easy to assemble. The grab bar that is included isn't up to par. The suction cups do not adhere very well, and the grab slips when being used.

Very disappointed

Peggy April 15, 2026

I wish I had known that it would not be returnable. Just a heads up to anyone, considering it make sure that you measure your tub size. This would not fit in my top unless I turned it sideways and would have to straddle the bench in order to use it. That was not acceptable to me, so I guess I will hold onto it and see if anyone else needs it.

This stool SUCKS and dangerous

KLG April 19, 2026

Well within weight limit and leg bent and almost threw me out of the shower! I’ve had BACK SURGERY! Get ready for a class action or it needs to be recalled!

I gave a 1 star review because the driver dropped off this chair at the wrong address rather than correcting their self and dropping it off to the correcting address.

Measure the area and read info first

Hardtopicknicknametosuitu February 24, 2026

Gave a one star first only due to the fact it was going to be used in a shower/tub however after assembling I tried to put it in tub and it was a little to wide to fit. It was never used but only saw that when I tried to return. No fault here, just failure to scroll down to more info-would’ve seen non returnable comment had I find do

There is no way to contact seller and Walmart will not allow returns / the third time I used it the legs in one side bent straight and I slid off the chair.

Not strong enough. Please, be careful!

WeedQueen420 July 22, 2024

I've lost a lot of weight recently, but am still morbidly obese at 280 lbs. I've developed dysautonomia from said weightloss and ready need a sturdy stool/chair to shower. This seat did not sit correctly in the tub before anyone had even sat on it. My 120lb nephew sat on it first just to see why the legs were wonky. As he sat his full weight of 120 lbs onto the seat, one of the screws fell out, bent and will no longer screw into the metal legs. If this thing cannot hold my 120 lb nephew, it surely will not hold my 280 lb body. I am unsure if I just happened to get a very defective chair, or they are all like this, but I am very disappointed. Showering is nearly impossible for me, for the time being.
