Maybelline Expert Wear Eyeshadow Quads, Lavender Smokes

Have used this product around 6 years because I'm older and don't prefer Bright colors - it goes on smoothly and stays on - I use the dark color to fill in gaps left from chemo this is my go to shadow and for an older Person the heathers look quite natural

It's bin a minute since I bought a quad but this color selection matched perfectly with a look I was creating. Blends so well with zero fallout to the point I cam back and bought all the other colors in this line for future use. You cannot go wrong with these and small enough to slip in a purse unlike my larger palettes.

I have always bought maybelline. However, they have raised their price and no longer supply the applicator. Now they're just like the other cheap brands, except for the cost. This way you spend more money and have to buy their applicators as well.

I ordered 2 and both did not come with applicators! When I opened the package for one of them I got black powder all over my hands. Somehow it leaked out. Disappointed. And now they want me to return them if I want a refund? I just want my applicators or send me replacements. I shouldn't have to go to FedEx to return them! Ridiculous

Been buying this quad for years and now it doesnt include any applicators! Bought another single shadow at the same time and it didn't include an applicator as well!

It was very disappointed in ordering this product as when it arrived the cakes were crumbling. I suggest Walmart wrap these this product in bubble wrap before delivering.

Item came opened with applicator missing. To return the seven dollar item, Walmart is requiring me to go in person and wait in the customer service return line. I won't buy this online again. If they had just returned my money like Amazon does, I would be less annoyed. I spent a lot more that day than just on this item. Don't send me used make up. Yuck.

This is the third time this item has had to be shipped to me since the store out out of stock, and when it comes from being shipped, it does NOT have the applicator brush! The first time I chalked it up to a one off, the second time I was pretty perturbed! This third time I'm not going to pay for it. The applicator brush is very much a necessity to the application!! I hope that the next one I order is in stock as I will have to refuse getting one shipped!!! 😠

Beware! Item description shows 3 images of applicators included yet there is no applicator included and not even a place to put one if I had one of my own. This product should be taken down for deception. I have no use for this without the applicator and now need to go out of my way to return it.

It didn't come with any spplicators. How am I supposed to apply it to my eyes without the applicators?
