it fit perfect it's beautiful I went ahead and oil it down because I looked up how to take care of it and I'm letting it sit for 24 hours with new oil it's beautiful it's my bathroom look brand new I'm glad I bought it it got here fast it was super good and I couldn't be happier

Wood is amazing!
Was a refresher gift for my son who just moved into his own apartment. The seat was easy to install - little or no effort put forth. The seat is wood, which offsets the beige walls in the bathroom. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to bypass the same old black or white toilet seat and wants to give a new, fresh look to the room. Would highly recommend.

Looks great, not as hard as plastic!
Well made, high quality toilet seat. Not as cold and hard as plastic and much more hygenic than soft covered. Win win! Looks great on our white toilet.

good quality for the money
very happy with this toilet seat. I have gone through a few of them in the last decade or so and this one so far has been the best. good and solid and fits well. East to install too.

I loved the looks of this seat. Was very easy to put together, you don't even need any tools. And I liked the size chart on the back . Nice material not cheap. Good product for the money. Definitely recommend.

Your Prices are too high!
Same item is $4.00 cheaper at Home Depot, but they were out of stock, so I had to order from you. The reason being I had ordered toilet seats from you and they kept loosening...you want to give me a price guarantee refund?...I will be online shopping with Home Depot more. They also have the heater that I want cheaper than WalMart...Evidently, I need to start shopping around instead of just ordering from you. Because I didn't think anyone could beat ya'lls prices...Now I know better....

The seat that I just replaced, I've had on there for seven years. It was also wooden. The brand new one I just bought. I had put on two weeks ago. It broke on me tonight. It cracked right into while I was sitting on it. I do not know how to go about getting a refund. This is ridiculous with shipping. I paid about $45 . Help

Badly designed
Doesn't secure properly it Slides and shifts. Unable to tighten it permanently. Bolts do not stay tightened. Unsafe and uncomfortable. Will have to be replaced.
