Fluidmaster 400ARHRKP10 Performax Complete Toilet Repair Kit

Three try's and out. I purchased first off the water flush valve with new flapper. Nope. Next try was a flapper and seal. Nope. (I was trying to avoid removing the tank and everything that is included when doing so. Well nothing else worked so I figured the hard water just gave me a rough deal on the toilet. So I purchase the complete kit and followed the instructions to a “T”. Almost afraid to reassemble and fill the tank. Well I did and now my toilet works like new. This product solved the hard water issue that must have damaged the old seal. If you have a toilet that leaks after filled and keeps the filler valve operating to fill tank then I would definitely suggest you install this unit.

one parts is short. so not fit. the othrers is very good.

Easy to install and most importantly all in one. Didn't find it difficult though it was my first time switching for my loose valve.

Product was correct, needed a new piece

The complete kit for most traditional tank/ bowl combos. I've mostly used them on American Standard. Once installed installed they work well.

The only issue I had was that I ordered the kit that tools were included and my kit came without the tools which made disassemble and assemble very frustrating. Other than that, it was very easy to assemble thanks to good direction book.

The item being replaced was a Fluidmaster installed several years ago. We are on a well not public water and have abrasives in our water. I gave this a three star due to the misrepresentations on the packing. The package claims to fill your tank two times faster, it is half as fast as the older Fluidmaster. Toilet completes a completes a complete flush on one depression of the flush lever.

Not that easy to install.... I called a handyman once I opened the package and realized you had to dismantle the top part of the toilet, and six pages of instructions. He didn't seem to have any problems with it though UNTIL the gasket from the tank to the toilet did not fit, so we had to order another part and wait for that to come in, another 3 days. It's put together now and although it's all plastic, it's working fine and I like the fit of the new handle. So only a two star from me since the gasket delayed installation and not that easy as advertised that I felt I could do it myself.

The 2-inch flapper assembly would not fit in my toilet. Other than that, I can't give a real good rating or negative rating.

says it fits Kohler toilet's took my stuff apart and got down to tank seal and directions say not to use provided seal with kohler use a triangle seal so i had to pry my old seal and reuse and doing so i cracked my tank
