Mayne Dover Mailbox Arm Mount Black Plastic Mailbox Post

Had a similar post that the shelf holding the mail box cracked and could not be replaced. At 16 yrs I can not complain. Bought this post on my own recommendation. Added the magazine holder because I though it added more stateliness to the post, not really for mags. (Nantucket)

The item arrived promptly but to our dismay there was no mailbox. We had ordered in a hurry so we had to return the item and reorder. We noted that it would have been difficult to attach the mailbox to the post. The clerk was very pleasant when she processed the return and we are now awaiting a different box and post.

Awesome quality and price. Easy installation, dig your hole 24/28 inches deep, pour in your concrete mix, add water and walk away, making sure your pole is plum both directions. When attaching the mailbox ARM, would suggest a good quality galvanized bolt or screw (2 1/2 in.) with quality no rust washers. Have had several comments regarding appearance, even the wife likes it, go figure.

We have not installed this yet, but it is very attractive. The price was more buyer friendly than the same thing offered on other sites.

This item was returned due to the product been an "Opened Box" (previously open) and was re-taped up. and when we opened it, it seemed like the cat had chewed on it!

Two different colors were shipped - the post sleeve is white and the arm mount is black.
