I absolutely love this rice! The aroma, taste, and texture are top notch, this absolutely will be replace white rice in my home. I needed another healthy alternative, quinoa, and brown rice. It cook just like brown rice, very simple to prepare, just need to soak it a bit. Give it a try, I will make sure I keep this in stock moving forward.

delicious and simple. Just wash the rice well and soaked it for 45 min, then throw away that water, then cook in rice cooker with olive oil and a pinch of salt, 1 cup of rice and 2 cup of water.

My husband is a diabetic and this rice is higher in protein and fiber which doesn't spike his sugar as much other rice.

very difficult to cook. needs to soak it at least 8 hours to cook it with a lot of water.
