Superior nutrition and fiber
McCabe has excellent barley. I had not tried their black before, just their purple and Tamalpais. All three are excellent and highly recommended.

Only issue I have is the price is to high I think if Walmart reduces the price It always be stocked in my pantry

Better for you than white. Black is not stripped of nutrients. What a wonderful find by Walmart.

First time to purchase purple barley. I wasn't impressed as I was with all the hype this product has in regard to your health. I eat regular barley often but just couldn't handle the taste of this product. I may have prepared it wrong because it took forever to get it eatable. I now have an instant pot and will give it another try. Good luck.

It had bugs in it. Lots and lots of little bugs. For the money this is unacceptable!
