For substance / diabetes heart cholesterol stomach issues this is a clear choice. 4/1 ratio so you need storage and it is way better when you add fresh or frozen fruit or cinnamon I realize younger peeps don't thing they need that and this is for old people but it's a few minors 5-15 suggests making the night before

Good value
I'd like you vote gross.They do the job. once you have groats, you'll never go back to rolled oats, if you prefer, as I d, something to chew on and not something soft and mushy.

Healthy Oatmeal for Breakfast!
Bought this McCABE's organic steel cut oats to make healthy oatmeal for breakfast. Smells great as I first opened the bag and looks very fresh. Got delivered faster than I expected, and can't wait to try!
