If you use Granulated or Garlic to any extent, this is smoother and has a more consistent deep flavor profile than pretty much any I have used previously both personally and as a commercial cook. I use quite a lot so its good its in a Bulk Container.
We love the grain of this granulated garlic compared to other grinds. Fine is way too soft like a powder and regular ground garlic isn't the same texture. This is the medium in between. It adds the right amount of zing with a light layer on steak and chicken. This large container lasts us a few months, assuming it arrives without the top popped off. It's gotten pricey in the last few years.
I use this garlic seasoning 5 out of 7 days for cooking. The flavor is good and it is great for our immunity as well.
Usually a Chef gets reactions from Diners, and Mine have been wonderful, I would recommend everyone try it.
I love the way that the product is packaged. You get a great value for the amount of money that you spend. Taste great also!
McCormick is my "go-to" brand for top quality and taste. I can always rely on it.
Have used this product for many years. Great substitute when fresh is not on hand.
The flavor is really good and both my wife and I use it constantly. Highly recommended
This granulated garlic seasoning is so much better than the powdered version..
We use a lot of garlic, keeping it near the stove top by the salt. McMormick is a good name. I prefer granulated to power, finding it easier to see how much I am using, and I'm used to cooking with it. Fresh is best, but I don't often have the ime to peal all the cloves we'd use.
