Better Batter than Famous Restaurants
This is the best batter I have found. If you like the battered cod from Culvers, then buy some cod and use this batter. I guarantee it is just as good, if not better. And, for a fraction of the price of restaurants.

I love this for a crispy coating on my atlantic salmon. I cook it in my air fryer crisper for an excellent meal.

Love it
I never measure the amount of water I mix it with, I don't like it too liquidy. But it taste just like long John silver. I've used it for fish, chicken and butterfly shrimps. Awesome product.

Amazing batter mix! We use for onion rings and they are perfect. Not heavy or blah we do add a little corn meal for extra crunch ! Ordered 6 this time dont want to run out can see it would be perfect on fish too!
