This is the best batter I have found. If you like the battered cod from Culvers, then buy some cod and use this batter. I guarantee it is just as good, if not better. And, for a fraction of the price of restaurants.

I love this for a crispy coating on my atlantic salmon. I cook it in my air fryer crisper for an excellent meal.

I never measure the amount of water I mix it with, I don't like it too liquidy. But it taste just like long John silver. I've used it for fish, chicken and butterfly shrimps. Awesome product.

This batter is really easy to use and gives seafood a crispy, golden coating without a lot of effort. The batter fries up light and crunchy, and the flavor is savory without overpowering the fish or shrimp. I also like that the mix takes the guesswork out of getting the batter consistency right. Great to keep on hand for an easy fish-fry night at home.

I really enjoyed this beer batter mix! It was super easy to prepare and coated the fish really nicely without being too thick or heavy. Once it hit the hot oil, it cooked up beautifully golden and crispy on the outside, while the fish stayed tender and flaky inside. I especially liked the crunch. The flavor was really good too, with just enough seasoning that I didn't feel like I needed to add much of anything. Everything came out hot, crispy, flaky and delicious. I'll definitely be using this again for fish and other seafood.

This product has left me with my mouth open, literally. I'm postpartum and my husband has prepared me a delicious breaded fish with this product, which we loved. Because it tastes like the sea, to that dish that you would eat in front of the beach, the crunchy is perfect because it is not much and it is not little. I have tried other breading products and this one seems to me a total success. After trying it I would buy it many times and without a doubt I am already recommending it to my family and friends. I used the Beer Batter to make a fish and chips meal and it was quite the hit. I appreciate the easy instruction and mixing of this batter. Dinner came together in a snap and with minimal prep needed. I did the basic fish and chips but I imagine you can spice this up, by literally adding somem additional spices to the mix, and make a spicy friend chicken sandwich. Or honestly, any number of things that are fun to batter and fry. Its a fun thing to try.

Used this to make beer battered cod for a summer fish taco dish and didn't disappoint! I used the mix with beer and thought it gave a good crispy crunch. I added a little spice to my mix for color and flavor but I liked that it was customizable and saved some time.

I used a whole box of battery with just one bottle of beer. I believe it was 12oz. The battery was a little thicker than it probably should have been but it coated the fish nicely. I attempted to deep fry rockfish in this batter but I could not get the batter to brown with out the fish being over cooked. The batter had a great texture and taste, I just wish I could have gotten it a little more crispy

I received this seafood batter in exchange for my honest review. I thought the batter was pretty good. I made 2 batches of fried catfish, in one batch I seasoned and the other batch I did not. I did think it could use a bit more flavor but maybe the beer makes a difference too. I did prefer my seasoned mix. This did fry really well though!
