Zatarain's Honey Butter Cornbread Mix, 12.5 oz Box

I mixed a box Zatarain honey cornbread brand with two boxes of the Krusteaz brand honey cornbread. I followed the ingredient instructions on the Krusteaz box, added melted butter (along with the oil) and it turned out great.

So good, tasty with warm butter, soft and just right for cooking something a little different. you can't go wrong with Zatarans products. this mix cooks very evenly and works as should. try the Zatarans red beans and rice or dirty rice with it.

My boyfriend and I tried this cornbread one night and we both remarked that it was the best part of the meal! The cornbread was extremely easy to make and came out super moist with a touch of honey taste. We've already purchased another box for the next time we make chili.

This is one of the best cornbread I have ever had. It had a nice mild sweetness as compared to other brands that are too sweet. It cooked perfectly with time given, soft and melted in your mouth. Im usually not a fan of cornbread but this made me love this brand.

This is the best box cornbread we have ever had. My husband usually doesn't like cornbread because of how dry it can be but when. He tried this (muffin) from Zatarain's he was like wow this is the best cornbread I've ever had. The sweetness from the honey is perfect and pairs well with bbq rib, Chilli or red beans and rice!

The whole process to bake is super easy and the results were super satisfying! Decided to build our meal around this cornbread, so we made a crock pot of chili. The cornbread was very tasty and was the perfect complement when we added chili over the top of the cornbread. Even without the chili, it was excellent. Definitely going to have this again!

These were super easy to bake. My family is addicted to muffins at the moment so I decided to make them as muffins instead of loaf style. It didn't require many ingredients and I already had everything on hand at home which was great. They were a perfect balance of salty and sweet and were also super moist. I baked them at a slightly lower temp (350 instead of 375) as well so they came out perfect. The box said they make 9 muffins but I was able to get 12 using a standard muffin tin and a 1/4 cup to scoop the batter. My children loved them and I wished the box was bigger because they wanted to eat them all! Overall, I would highly recommend and repurchase!
