Great flavor
I like the flavor and texture this mix yields on my seafood. I use it on shrimp, fish and scallops. Some of my family thinks it is too spicy so we mix it 50/50 with the non-cajun version of this mix.

Tasty Fried seafood Mix
I've used McCormick Golden Dipt Cajun Style Seafood Fry Mix which I combine with McCormick's beer batter for at least 3 years, together they outrank any other seasoning mixes I have ever used, I use this combination on all our fish, including salmon, trout, shrimp, scallops. It's got a great texture as does the McCormick beer batter, I use them mixed with water or dry mixed together. Right now, I can't find it on your shelves at the Niles, MI. Walmart, The Cajun is out of stock for me to order, which I will as soon as you get it in stock again. Then I will order them together as I have noticed you stop carrying different food items from time to time. These are not the ones of those you should stop.
