McCormick Hot Chili Seasoning Mix, 1.25 oz Packet

I used this in a a chili pot that had 3 lbs of meat, tomatoes, veggies and beans and one packet was enough to season it all. I fed a family 8 with this pot of chili and even the kids who don't usually like spicy food loved it! The flavor is not too overwhelming but still packs a good amount of flavor. When you read the back of the package, you can taste the ingredients listed. Great blend!

This is a nice, slightly spicy chili seasoning. It's tasty and a decent size packet - I used this pack for 1 lb of ground beef and it turned out great. It's not overly spicy to me, but I am a spicy food lover so I may be biased. Overall a great chili seasoning.

This chili seasoning packet made putting dinner on the table, quick and easy. It requires only a few pantry ingredients to prepare and was very tasty. We don't like beans in our chili, so I opted for some mushrooms instead. The hot version had just the right amount of kick which we enjoyed.

I received one pack of the McCormick hot chili mix to sample in exchange for my honest review. We enjoyed the chili seasoning packet and it definitely saved me some preparation time. This chili seasoning is very flavorful, with that right amount of spice not to hot not to mild just right.

I used this chili seasoning in my chili which is 15 beans soup and other things. I wasn't sure how it would taste with all the different flavors -but- it came out really nice and it was easy to add to the meal. I used it to cook in my slow cooker, I didnt try oven.

Used a pouch Mccormick's hot chili mix( that I received free). I also normally use Mccormicks chili mix. It's just as good as the regular but with a mild heat. Not a Tabasco heat, but a warmth. Great mix; unless you want or need an overpowering heat.

Unfortunately this was not good. It's hard to explain, but it tastes quite artificial. It was easy to cook with and to follow the instructions, but we were not happy with the end result. The biggest red flag is that it doesn't specifically state what spices are in it.
