Holes are too small for the shaker

I just bought a can of McCormick black pepper and within 2 days it was not coming out of the can. I check and found the pepper to be clumped. I went to the Internet to find out what to do the fix it. It was suggested to use paper towels to soak up the dampness. For 3 days I placed papers towels over the black pepper hat I had dumped into a bowl and green stains was on the paper towels and the pepper is still clumped. When I saw moisture in the bottom of the can, I purchased an electric grinder and no help. This is the 2nd complaint about the pepper can; the first one was the top that came off at the worst times. I can't keep throwing away your pepper and re-purchasing them. I will have to try another brand.

Been using your products for years, faithful would be a good choice of words to descibe my use. However, the new lid on your Pure Ground Black Pepper (3 oz) is the absoloute worse design possible. I'm older with the typical age issues, poor eyesight, dexterity, etc. The lid is: Difficult to see the pour or sprinkle markings. Difficult to open either the pour or spkinkle openings without opening the entire lid/scoup access. When it does open to the scoup access, pepper blocks proper sealing of the lid when trying to close it. Needless to say this wil be the last purchase of this type of containor. The plastic container is fine, the lid has a lot of issues. Do better next time.
