I love McCormick spices!! They are top of the line!!! They have the largest variety out of any spice line today! I had a recipe for baked Mac and cheese which called for mustard seed recipe. I used this and oh my it was sooo much better than the store brand! So much flavor?

These mustard seeds are great quality and have a really nice fresh flavor. I like that they can be used in so many different recipes, from marinades and seasonings to pickling. The container is also convenient and keeps them fresh. Definitely a good staple to have in the spice cabinet, and I would purchase!

I use this in my homemade pickle recipe and it adds a nice touch. I also use black pepper, dill, garlic, cayenne pepper, serrano pepper with a salt, apple cider vinegar/water brine. The top on this container is also very nice, you can unscrew it for easier access or just use the top with the holes on it for more controlled access.

The mustard seeds themselves are good and work well for cooking. However, I'm trying to reduce plastic in my kitchen and prefer spices that come in glass containers. I wish McCormick offered this product in glass packaging. Otherwise, the quality is good.
