McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning, 5.0 oz Bottle

First, I tried Dash Grilling Chicken Blend. I even recommended it, too soon. It's a coarser blend, and those bits would char in my air fryer, even though I lowered the temp. A burnt, bitter aftertaste resulted. I'd had McCormick's rotisserie seasoning on my wish list. Its seasoning is a fine grind. Not only is the flavor better, but there are no charred bits. I recommend it.

I began purchasing this Perfect Pinch Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning a few yeas ago, and now I use it almost every chicken dish I make. As my family's home chef, I cook for 7 people, and 7 different likes/dislikes. No matter what type of chicken dish I make, I always - always - always, add the Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning. Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Salad, Chicken Casseroles, Crock Pot Chicken, or anything. This gives your dishes an extra flavor, to enhance the taste and take it to another level. I hope you like it as much as I do.

For a tasty and juicy rotisserie chicken with nice crispy skin, I put a whole chicken on a vertical roaster, then brush with olive oil and sprinkle fairly heavily with this McCormick rotisserie chicken seasoning. I roast the chicken at 375* (20 minutes per pound). Then I boost the heat to 400* the last 20 minutes or so to get the skin extra crispy. Voila! Absolutely delicious rotisserie chicken ~ just as good but less expensive than store bought!

Though I had hoped it would help the chicken have that rotisserie roasted flavor, it did not, BUT I liked it just the same. I put it on some boneless skinless thighs and air fried. I did add a little olive oil (couple of spritzes) to each thigh then generously sprinkled on the seasoning. 390° for 16 minutes - very juicy and flavorful.

I love this seasoning! I coat the chicken and put it in the air fryer, it comes out perfect every time. I use the seasoning in rice and on pork chops. It is my number 1 go to seasoning!

I like this variety of seasonings in one container that's easy just to sprinkle on chicken before I put it on the grill or in a pan or however I want to cook it. I always trust McCormick and it's nice that Walmart always has new McCormick items.

I have used this seasoning for years. I use it in my chicken and dumplings, vegetable soup and in my chicken noodle soup. I really like the flavor of the McCormick PERFECT PINCH Gluten Free Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning.

This seasoning is great. I use it on chicken breasts or chicken thighs when I am frying, or baking them. Naturally, I also use it on whole chicken when roasting it. I highly recommend you try it. Its very inexpensive and tastes great.

So far I really love this flavoring, Super fresh, And a little goes a long way, only rated four stars because oof the price is a little high for the product, BUT ALSO.. I'm glad I got it, DEFINITELY will last awhile, And be perfect on several things.
