Some of those cheap ones, you can't hear a thing. These are a nice quality, great price. Extra diaphragm %26 earpieces included.

The sound quality is not great. I really have to press down on my patient's abdomen in order to hear bowel sounds. I cannot hear vreath sounds well unless I am listening via the patient's upper back. But for the money I paid, it is functional.

My husband and I have both been diagnosed with a -fib recently. We got this for a little more assurance. It is very easy to use and really gives us peace of mind. We expect we'll be able to hear any warning sounds before it's time to call 911.

Great quality and as a retired Nurse I wanted a good one. Only problem was that I lost one ear piece. Had some spare. Would be 5 stars if I could have found the one that came on it.
