Love these! We buy them by the case now. They absorb so much fluid. If you are on diuretics and/or not ambulatory these are ideal for use. I would recommend going up one size from your pant size to reduce leakage. I wish they were cheaper but the quality and comfort matches the price.

The package shows 2Xl/3Xl I wear a 2XL and these were very tight and uncomfortable. They'd work for someone who uses a XL. I won't be buying these ever again. I'm very unhappy with this product.
