I read all the reviews before purchasing %26 this is a very good electric water kettle for boiling water in. It takes 8 minutes to boil full put of water %26 it makes 12 cups in a coffee pot, so whoever is reading this knows it will make a full pot of coffee for you.

I'm using for the first time tomorrow. The picture of the kettle isn't what I bought. I bought the meat grinder/food chopper. The specifications area below the item states the bowl is glass, it's not, it's plastic. But it's a good size that I was looking for. I'll come back and edit the review after I use it.

Purchased in May and would not start this morning.. Moved it to another outlet, still would not start...

It's not particularly fast heating, certainly no faster than my standard mainstays model. It's not plastic touching the water, so that's an improvement but I think call it quick heating kettle is false advertising. If you're looking for fast, try a different model.

The more I use this, the less I like it. The steel on this pot is quite thin. The on off button is ill placed. It is too easy to turn it off accidentally. The auto shut off happens quite quickly after boiling. I would like it to stay hot longer and I don't have that option. The cord is extremely short. It boils fast. I have to be careful because the steam coming out from around the lid so I need a pot holder to protect my hand to open and shut it.

i ordered 2 electric kettles not a meat grinder. one stopped working after one week the other stopped working after 5 weeks pure junk now in the trash

Description on the website as well as the packaging states that the capacity is 2.3 liters. When filled to the Max line marked on the unit, the capacity is actually 1.65 liters.

No filter screen as mentioned in literature. Takes forever to heat up water. Doesn't always shut off automatically. This caused the kettle to stick to the power base. On several occasions it boiled dry.

have not had this for 60 days and it stopped working...

Flammable unsafe Product. Product started smoking and caught fire during primary use.
