Very simple to you, swob with a q-tip then place it on a strip. You should get an accurate reading within seconds.

Easy to use, accurate results
Easy to use and accurate results matched lab tests. Recommend this product if you experience recurring vaginal infections and need to know if there's an issue w/o having a doctor's appointment

Not accurate
No matter what I put on the strips they turn blue. Every time I tested them they were showing blue. So I tried other stuff on them water, spit, even boric acid mixed with water still showed blue. I don't think these are accurate

Unclear results
These strip results are not clear. It does not tell you if you have BV or a yeast Infection. These test strips just tell you your PH.
