I wanted a pill container for my morning and night pills and I wanted the compartments to close securely so that when I opened up one compartment two other ones wouldn't empty out also which was the case with my last one. This one seems to fit the Bill. The compartment lid is nice and tight. I felt the price was a little high, but I bit the bullet and bought it anyway, because it lived up to my expectation.
Seniors …. The lids were challenging to unlock at first but after opening and closing they work great! Reading letters on lids is easy! Slots are the right size for my RX vitamins to fit and easy to get them out.
i ordered the small one by mistake. When i saw it I thought it wouldn't work but decided i would try it. I take 10 pills at night and they fit in the pm slot just fine! The item is sturdy and all lids fit snug and tightly.
The item was exactly what i needed. It was larger than i expected, but ended up being perfect for what i needed.
Easy to use easy to open and also easy to close no problems
I have bought similar pill holders for many years, the letters are readable and the compartments hold a sufficient quantity of pills.
This is the perfect size pill holder for my pills and vitamins. However there is only a small area to push to open the compartment. I have to use a butter knife to push it open. I have another one of these but there is a much bigger tab to open the compartment. Shouldn't have changed the design.
I looked for a small version of a pill organizer. I like that the lids can be removed to load the pills in and replace when the spaces are filled. Makes life easier. I like the more compact size. I was hoping to find a better price. I hope the printing doesn't wear away. Only time will tell. Disappointed that the construction seems flimsy. Plastic seems thin. My sister has a sturdy, slightly smaller pill organizer a drug rep gave her at the hospital she works. If I could have duplicated it, I would have. It's seems smaller sizes are more limited and more difficult to locate and do not have value pricing like the larger sizes do. I don't have high hopes these will last for a long time before I have to replace. ( I bought 3 boxes). However I usually handle delicate items gently so I will get the most use possible before the flip up lid breaks off. I'm not really confident with this purchase. It feels like the quality is seriously lacking. Sometimes you just have to accept what is available or else have nothing. Hopefully this will surprise me and serve its purpose well for a long time. Some seniors with grip issues may have a hard time opening a daily compartment. You must hold onto it while you pull the lid up. If that's a problem, then keep looking. If you can only press to unlock, this organizer might be too difficult for to open. Be aware if you take meds more than twice a day, this is not sufficient for your needs. The compartments 7 for am 7 for pm are much larger for the number of meds/vitamins I take daily. There are no little sunshines for morning or any symbols for night only the lower case am or pm. The lower part of the lids have Braille in the lower right side corners that may be helpful for some. All the am lids are purple. All the pm lids are blue. There were no other color choices for any of the 3 I purchased.
First, I love the size of the compartments. They're large and could easily hold several pills. The tops of the compartments are clearly labeled for AM and PM, as well as by color. The plastic it's made from seems thin compared to some other organizers I've used and the lids can be quite difficult to open and close which could cause some trouble for customers with decreased dexterity. Other than that, it gets the job done.
Not easy to use 1 handed, have to push in to lift up. The lid comes off, which is ease of fulling probably but not what I want. Other people probably would like it, quality and price good enough.
