Mederma Advanced Scar Gel Scar Treatment, 0.7 oz

I have some very severe scarring all over my body, but I have one on my chest and some on my face that make me very self-conscious. I pray if I use this product for eight weeks that it will minimize the look of the scarring so far I have used it for one day and I'll update if it helps in the eight weeks.

So far it seems to be helping with flattening the scar from a TKR. In conjunction with with “Scar Massage “ 3 X's Daily. Note: Several times daily for at least 6-9 mos is extremely important to maximize the final appearance of the scar. DON'T SKIP THIS IMPORTANT STEP !!!

I had a mini face lift and I was left with raised scars around my ears. I was so self conscious that I thought I would never show my ears again. I've been using this gel along with prayer. I found where I could make a review because I literally just looked at my ears for the first time in a long time with a side mirror and I promise the scars almost look like they disappeared. I mean I really looked botched! This is amazing because I can finally show my skin without being self conscious or hiding. Praise God and Mederma! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Mederma Advanced Scar Gel complimentary to sample. I am seeing the results using this gel on my c-section line, noticing the scar looks less red and smoother. Easily absorbs into skin with no greasy residue. Definitely recommend

I have used this product for a little less than a week so far. I apply a light layer of the product after washing my face. It doesn't cause any irritation to my face. The product doesn't cause my skin to feel dry and dries right away after rubbing it into my skin. I haven't seen too much of a difference so far, but I am hopeful that it will take effect after a few months as the product states. I didn't like the smell of the product as when I rub it on my skin, the smell is a bit strong and pungent but fades after the product dries. I also think that the product is too small to be used for a long period of time, so I would probably have to purchase another tube.

I had a bad allergic itching reaction that I could shake it, I took my Hydroxyzine to stop the it but it continue to make my feet, big toe, and up and down my arm the itching sensation! Sorry Walmart!

After waiting longer than they ever said it was gonna be delivered the item has come here and expired May of last year in the box. Looks like it's been open.unacceptable

Counterfeit. Substance inside tube is not the right color and doesn't smell like real mederma. There is no lot number or expiration date stamped into the crimped end of the tube either. Clearly not genuine.
