I love how sturdy the legs are and the easy to assemble.

I absolutely like the way it support me due to i will need this after my total knee replacement on December the 7th. I like the way i can adjust it to the proper height and be able to get up without help.

One thing I don't appreciate about, was the delivery of this product. The condition it was in when I received the order was not good. There was no packing within the box at all and the product bucket and sleeve looked as it had been previously use. There was dirty water within the wrapping that the bucket and sleeve was in. Even the instructions pamphlet was thoroughly soaked. I had to throughly clean and disinfect the product. Other than that, the product is useable and much appreciated. Comfort level is not the best but tolerable.

Box came destroyed and one of the legs is bent but we don't have time for a replacement. The bucket also looks like It may have been used. There are scrub and scrape marks at the bottom like someone scrubbed it. The rubber feat are worn like someone had previously used it and the metal parts that slide into each other had scoring as if they were previously assembled.

The product dimensions given are incorrect. It is at least 2 inches wider than shown in the pictures with dimensions on the website. This product was specifically chosen because of the 19 inches wider than wide dimension shown to fit our smaller tub. It is extremely disappointing to have a brand new non returnable item that we are unable to use.

Got it and parts was broken don't know what to do

I didn't need it. It was the wrong one. It was too small. I would really love to get my money back but it's a third-party so how do I go about getting my money back?

It says elongated but it is not elongated.This might work well for a petite person. But my mother said it feels flimsy and unstable everytime she got on it. The seat itself is round not elongated and it is small, too small

It comes pre assembled so it's insanely easy to put together also its height adjustable. It's not wide enough being that it states that it can hold up to 350lbs. I'm 267lbs and I have to stand up to wipe which is very unfortunate and the reason for the one star rating. Also the seat is very cheap and doesn't match the quality of plastic on the handles and joints of the toilet. Feels like it's going to break,crack or fall through the hole. I suggest buying another/different seat if you're as heavy as I am.
