Adjustable Shower Chair
This is the 2nd one we have purchased over the past few years. For the price it is worth it. We are able to assemble it without issues.

Perfect for my needs
Prefect for what I needed, very comfortable. I feel safer with this bench vs an attached to the wall fold down bench.

I upgraded my existing bench with this transfer bench. I just love it, especially the padded seat. I would definitely recommend this item.

When the shower table got wet, it was slippery.So slippers, I couldn't stay up On it., It was so dangerous!!!

Medline? Bah! Humbug!
Turned out that i purchased the wrong type of bench but the seller has ghosted every attempt to contact them and refuse by their silence to take it back. Now I'm out of pocket for this unboxed, unassembled, unused bench as well as the next one I'll have to buy to take the place of this one. Don't buy from Medline.

FED EX IS WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER! Have never
REPEATEDLY TOLD TO LEAVE (INSIDE SCREEN DOOR”!!!! Still delivered at the bottom of step in front!!! Total incompetence %26 common sense!!! Why would you leave at the bottom of step when directions clearly state to leave at FRONT DOOR INSIDE SCREEN PORCH!!! I have just had SURGERY!! I CAN NOT WALK DOWN STEP AND PICK UP A PACKAGE THAT WEIGHS 10 pounds!!! I AM DISGUSTED WITH FED EX! WORAE DELIVER SERVICE EVER!! Have never had a correct delivery from your company!! I will I knew who the delivery company before placing an order and I would CHOOSE NOT TO ORDER THAT PRODUCT!!

Rip off
Really angry. I ordered the realized it had my sons old address for shipping. So I canceled right away and reordered. The stupid co. sent 2 and no one will tell me how to return and get my $$ back. There's no excuse for shipping two. It was days after I canceled that it processed and shipped. So yeah I'm mad. I want my $$ back. It was like $100.
