Mega Chef 17.5 Inch Black Dish Rack

Precisely what I was looking for to replace the one I bought in store which was chrome and rusted out in a couple months. The old fashioned coated wire which wont rust for years was the standard, now tough to find. Kissed alot of dishracks since the chrome to finally get this one. Now we wait and see how long before it rusts. Hopefully several years. Perfect so far! Delivered without a hitch.

The only thing I did not like about the dish drainer is that it doesn't drain into the sink, other than that it is perfect! well made and a great deal!

I actually prefer it without the lip to drain. This way, it doesn't have to stay on the edge of the sink in the splash zone. My old one had a lip, and the water would travel under the lip and soak the countertop. The black is my favorite part because no concern with rust. The size is good.

Too expensive. I couldn't believe how hard it was just to find a large strainer. They just don't make them like they used to. It is OK but not as thick as my last one, and the tray does not drain into the sink so a have to use the clear on I already had.

Wish the drain tray was a little larger and had a drain edge

not as sturdy and well amde as the old rubbermaid brand but it works the same.

The drainer itself is fine. Coated metal, seems sturdy, although the corner cup for silverware doesn't seem like it will last long, it's not supported properly when full. The tray underneath would have been OK, maybe a bit small, except for the one glaring defect that there is no way for water to drain out and into your sink. I immediately threw it away and used one I already had. So if you just need the drain rack, it's fine.
