MegaChef 1.7Lt. Glass and Stainless Steel Electric Tea Kettle

This is one of the best thing I have bought I drink a lot of tea I love it because I can just walk away and not worry about it , It turns it self off so I don't half to stand around waiting for it to get done so he you are like me and drink a lot of tea this is a must..

I really like that I can use this kettle to heat small amounts of water (like my dish water) rather than using the water heater. Just two or three carafes of the extremely hot water added to the sink is plenty for an average load of dishes.

The overall unit is quite lightweight, but does not feel cheaply made. The base that connects to the wall feels a little light but it serves its purpose quite well. I love having the speed that this offers versus boiling a pot of water on the stove or within the microwave. For the price point it does everything it should and will be a staple of my appliances going forward.

I had the previous model and I purchased this to replaced the previous one. The price is great and I love that is is easier to clean and How easy is to remove the filter on the cap.

Perfect in every way! I love this kettle , my daughter bought me one and at first l was skeptical. I enjoy tea and use this kettle everyday , if not once twice to three time daily. I showed my teenage son how it works and he was amazed how fast it heats up, he now uses it to warm his water for his ramen and hot chocolate. Love this kettle! I highly recommend it .. it’s not only cute but so easy to use , like that it shuts off once it comes to a boil.. l have ordered two more as gifts.

I purchased this tea kettle as a replacement for my other MegaChef tea kettle. There was nothing wrong with it, it worked perfectly for a very long time. Until my cat, Churchill, decided to shove his fat head in the kettle, get scared, run around like a wild cat and break it.

Boils water as quickly as my old metal electric kettle, but is so much more beautiful. The blue led lights glow as it warms.

Still boils water, thats plus; slightly slow though compared to any other kettle I had in my life. Although it works now Im afraid that not for long because mega chef gives only 90 days of warranty, so it means they don't believe in their own product...

This worked great for about 3 days and then it stopped working. I’m not ordering another one now, gonna see if this one can be fixed. Not sure what I’ll do after that. We’ll see what happens. Seems cheaply made.
