I've taken this supplement for more than 10 years and notice a difference in my sleep patterns etc. when I take it. i do wish it was a little more affordable.

It's awesome but. . .
Everything about this is great, but there's only 50mg of magnesium biglycinate per pill. I wish there was more and is the only reason why I'll be purchasing a different brand that is just as reputable and of similarly high quality. I try to take around 300mg of magnesium biglycinate every evening before bed and this it just not cost effective, unfortunately.

I'm only 3 weeks in
I'm only 3 weeks in to taking the product thus far. Unfortunately at this point I've not seen any relief in my muscle cramps.
