Great vitamins. They are a great size and are not difficult to swallow. I feel great when I take them and do notice if I don't. I also take their magnesium and it's great as well.

I really like this MegaFood brand of supplements because they are made from real food. I like that they can be taken even on an empty stomach. You can't do that with synthetic supplements. In my estimation the tablets are medium size, oval shape and very easy to swallow. The taste is not bad at all like some others. I have not had any stomach problems when taking them without food. The only thing that I don't like is that the women's 55 One Daily does not have any iron. Older adults need iron as well, maybe not as much as younger women, but we still need iron. I fix that problem by purchasing their MegaFood Iron supplement.

I have been taking this vitamin for a few years. They give me regular energy. I take two because I am overweight and low energy. I have experienced with another brand, but my energy level dropped, so I returned to this brand.

It took about 2 weeks for me to get the full benefits. But all natural is best for human body because there's no side effects. My energy level is higher, so is my resistance.

I have been using MegaFood Women's 55+ One Daily Multivitamins for quite a few years now and am very pleased with the product. I have an autoimmune disease which requires me to eliminate a lot of heavy metals from my diet and this product is perfect for me. It does not contain iron, chromium, or many of the other items that are detrimental to me unlike a lot of other products on the market.

MegaFood made a big improvement by making the tablet smaller which makes it very easy to swallow. They are all natural and do not upset the stomach and really work. I have been taking Mega Food 55 One Daily Multivitamin for Women for 5 years. They are worth the money and will continue to buy them. I only wish Walmart carried them in the stores.
