Great vitamins. They are a great size and are not difficult to swallow. I feel great when I take them and do notice if I don't. I also take their magnesium and it's great as well.

It tastes good and is easily digestible with or without food. It is not too sweet or too bitter like other vitamins tend to be. I love that it contains so many essential vitamins for women around my age. After taking it for days I noticed a difference in my energy level that was positive. I am able to do more cardiovascular exercises when I take it during the day. The one thing I don't love about it is that it suggests I take three a day to get the necessary daily vitamins I need and I would have preferences if it was one or two a day. I think three gummies a day might be hard to maintain long term especially if I need to combine it with my other vitamins. However since it does contain so many good daily nutrients, I didn't have to take my other supplements as regimented as I usually do. I am able to take them consistently and it doesn't make me feel nauseous or bad in any way. Overall I like this for me and others like me who are trying to maintain a healthy, active and well rounded lifestyle. I am always in the market for a high quality women's multivitamin and MegaFood delivered. You have to take 3 daily, but they're gummies that are strawberry flavored and actually taste good, so three was good with me. The only downside to the taste was the aftertaste it left, but it goes away as soon as you eat something. I love that it includes magnesium, zinc, vitamins D3, & K along with B6 and B12. I would've liked to see L-Methylfolate instead of the synthetic version, folic acid, but overall, I was pleased with the ingredients. I loved that it supported me, energy-wise, and helped me to keep up with my workouts. I actually felt a surge of energy, which surprised me, it was a noticeable difference before and after I had taken it. If you're looking for a good quality multivitamin that supports women's needs, give MegaFood Whole Body Multivitamin a try!

While it's hard to tell a difference when you've started a new vitamin or supplement recently, I can say that I'm pleased with the vitamin “experience” itself. Many gummy vitamins are too hard or sugary; these are sweet but not overly so, and don't get stuck in your teeth. Three vitamins for a daily dose is easy to remember, and the airtight container has kept them from getting stiff or funky tasting before reaching the end of the bottle. I appreciate that this brand uses all organic ingredients. However, I'd love to see a version with some kind of iron included (this has none).
