ok, so these work. i fell asleep rather quickly. stayed asleep for the most part. that was the up side. downside.....i felt so groggy when i woke up, had a lingering headache. and they taste horrible. so take from that what you will

Don't take
Don't know why this is a thing when according to the health Association you should not take more than 10mg so I should have researched before I bought it. There are side effects and you can overdose use with caution.

These work REALLY well!!! I fall asleep fast and STAY asleep!!! This brand %26 the 30MG work perfectly for me!!! It's also really nice to only have to take one gummy nightly 😸. I have recommended these to friends and family and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a good nightly Melatonin Gummy! BTW, they also taste great!!!
