I've suffered with sleeping problems for years, but haven't wanted to use sleeping tablets. These help me fall to sleep quickly, and when i do wake, i manage to drop-off quickly again.

Great product
I am a returning customer.Mult.vitamins and Melatonin are great. Service is simple and fast delivery. My only sugestion could be lower the shipping prices without increasing the price of the products, since sometimes it could be a better price at the store. And I hate when that happen because I like PR products...but savings are savings. Overall, I recomend Melatonin and MultiVitamins.

Effective
Though tired I was having trouble falling asleep. The melatonin has helped me greatly. I wake up feeling refreshed.

Melatonin 5 mg
I take one 5mg pill about a half hour before bed. Helps me fall off to sleep a little easier. Sometimes I don't make it out of my easy chair. Then when I do, I zombie walk to bed and fall back to sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. I like it!

WORKS GREAT !
I have satisfied with the 5mg. Melatonin for a long time. This product helps me go to sleep about 30 minutes after I take it. Great product ! Works Great !

Insuring good rest "function"
At 87 I've now gone up to 5mg from 3 mg, and seems to be quite effective for me. Not really seeking sedative, just insuring my continued health which this contributes to. Reliable company, good product, very good price - what I expect from them!

Side effect morning after
Works like other brands however I feel groggy/hungover mornings after taking it which I have never had previously taking melatonin.
