Not just for women
Originally bought for myself, then my husband mistakenly took them. its hard for him to get to sleep let alone stay asleep. He say that within 30 minutes he drifted off to sleep and didn't wake until the alarm went off. I liked how they relaxe me and let me wind down after a busy day.

Such an improvement
I started taking these to see if it helped improve the quality of my sleep, as Ive always slept poorly due to ADHD and been a super light sleeper. These gummies have assisted me to fall asleep quicker and stay there longer, a much deeper sleep. This has had a large benefit on my day to day life, which has had a flow on effect for my children too. The dosage is low and manageable.

Cool product
Its a big size container A great amount of product Nice taste and good texture, I tried some other brands and they have a weird texture but this one is better The effect of it start within 15 to 20 min And by the next day you will wake up from a really great sleep

Tastes great, works well
Tastes great, nice texture and enjoyable flavour. Works well to help me drift off into a natural sleep. I wake up feeling calmer and more rested than when I don't take one. Purchased from the UK and customer service were fantastic when I had a delivery time frame query.

Not a great experience
I've taken all different kinds of brands of melatonin with great success but this one does absolutely nothing to me. I can take up to 3 in the middle of the night and stay awake without any drowsiness which I've found unusual. I also found it made my throat swell a little so have stopped using them. I wish I could have given a glowing review but won't buy these again
