Originally bought for myself, then my husband mistakenly took them. its hard for him to get to sleep let alone stay asleep. He say that within 30 minutes he drifted off to sleep and didn't wake until the alarm went off. I liked how they relaxe me and let me wind down after a busy day.

Bought these the other day to try and help me sleep without using NyQuil or other options that make the next morning very unpleasant and groggy. With this Melatonin product I find rest is easier and I'm getting my zzzzz's and feel refreshed in the am. I'm a firm believer that if you get the right amount of sleep you can take on the day much better prepared for whatever comes your way!

The flavor of the gummies is good. The child proofing is not that great. They are a good and fun way to take melatonin. I would recommend these if you are using melatonin supplements. I received this item for free via Influenster in exchange for my honest review.
