I never leave reviews but this has seriously changed my life! I am 38 years old and my night sweats had gotten so bad, I was waking up and changing clothes in the middle of the night! I figured it would take a while for my body to get use to taking the pills but my night sweats were gone and have stayed gone from night 1! I've tried many over the counter and prescribed sleep aids and none have helped. I either feel horrible in the morning or they make the tossing and turning worse. This seems to calm me down and I feel like I fall and stay asleep so much easier! 10 out of 10 recommend!

The MenoLabs Well Rested Sleep Support is  the perfect amount of melatonin (5 mg). You can take one or two capsules. I take two for the 5 mg of melatonin, but if you prefer a lower dose, you can just take one (2.5 mg melatonin). This really helps me fall asleep easily and keep me asleep through the night. I take this about 1/2 hour before bedtime. I found this to be the perfect timeframe that worked out for me.

I tried them for ten days hoping my body would adjust to them but it didn't. Since Medians is so well trusted I didn't mind trying the product. I was so hoping it would work for me. I think you should try it for yourself and it will probably work. They are safe so it's worth the try.
