So far, it's great. Feels sturdy for being so thin, I had ZERO problems taking it out of Windows S mode and going to Windows Home. I look forward to upgrading the Ram at some point, although I haven't had the need yet. Not much in the way of bloatware. Screen is bright, nice saturation. Battery life is phenomenal, although I haven't really pushed it yet. Do not buy this if you're looking for a gaming computer, or a heavy multitasking user. This isn't made for that. But for what I would consider today's basic computer use, it's great. I will be doing some photo editing, podcasting work and basic usage.

I purchased this laptop for my grandson for his virtual school education. My grandson's other grandmother has this exact make and model and highly recommended this for him to use. Setting this up was extremely easy as was pairing it to the wireless printer. It has everything he needs and it moves effortlessly from screen to screen. My grandson loves doing virtual school and with this laptop he's succeeding with all A's and B's. He now has all the tools at his fingertips and we are all extremely pleased with this purchase. He also loves that he can use it as a tablet or laptop and is totally enjoying the touchscreen.

I searched for a very long time to find the perfect laptop to spend my money on. This is voice activated with Cortana and is touch screen. I like that you have a keyboard or you can flip it to a laptop! Its very sleep. The best thing is that it always the Respondus App which I needed for school! Sold for the win!

Very fast and efficient computer for the price with plenty of storage. The battery life is excellent and the touchscreen works with precision. The backlit keyboard is helpful for those dark nights and it even has three levels of brightness. The convertible feature is a nice touch. I highly recommend.

I am giving this 5 stars for value. I am on a budget so this was on perfect for my needs. Small but big enough screen for me to see and comfortable size for use in the tablet mode. I have several software design programs that I installed and run great. I stream video off a hot spot fine as well. Again, still a great value for the money after several months of daily use. I would recommend for a light use computer going to school etc., but keep in mind it is a budget model.

Really needed a good laptop for my sons virtual learning. This thing works perfect for his needs. I love the tablet mode and all the features it offers. The one downside is the placement of the webcam, it is at the bottom of the screen which gives a weird viewing angle to those you talk to. Outside of that its great for the price.

I use this computer for my karaoke.... I love it.. Key board is big and easy to use... It's got everything I need. You can't go wrong with this..

Even though I've only had this laptop for two days, it is pretty awesome. I like how it has a light up keyboard and I can flip the screen to use it as a tabletop. Definitely worth the money

The device is perfect. You can play games and go out and about with this. Battery level is decent at 5-6 hrs, and the sound is great. Cons: Camera is trash. Reminds me of the first webcams we had 15 years ago. Like flip phone quality. Asus gives you windows 10 S mode automatically. Please don't do that and let the consumers choose. We like 3rd party apps, hence why we are here and not with Apple. There are no LAN ports. Camera location is on the bottom of the screen. All in all, it is a great device.

I loved the features and the specs on this notebook, but ended up having to return it. The audio kept cutting out on me in Windows, right out of the box. I spent a total of about 5 hours trying to troubleshoot and fix it. The audio never worked right, and ASUS tech support is a joke.
