Merkury Innovations 1080p Smart Wi-Fi Camera with Voice Control — Requires 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi

As soon as I received the Merkury Innovations Smart WiFi 1080p Camera, I wanted to see the results. Since it arrived it nice packaging, properly instructed manual and light weight almost toy like appearance I was excited to hook it up for the first time. I downloaded the Geeni App, posted cam to outside porch wall covering back door with double tape and plugged in the cam. I have 4 OCO cams installed which were over $140 each and those do not come close to this in ease of use to connect app, image quality, cam's quality and 2-way talking. First To my surprise, angle was so wide it also covered the backyard to the max yet quality of images is superb during day and night with or without light and it worked great with night vision. Also, sound quality is amazing when tested and used 2 way. I will buy more and add to the front of the house and seems like finally I have found the ease and quality I was looking for a long time, not to mention the price... overall this cam is offering a lot more than expected and highly recommended!

Price point on this camera is great! The view I get from camera is great quality and also has an audio feature. I have a few cameras on the outside of my property and this one makes a great addition to them. I can see what's going on at home when I'm at work. If anyone is expected at home I can greet them and the added security is so welcome in this time. I think it's indiscrete and sleek enough to not be super noticeable if you want, but if it's noticed then it's good looking too. I think I will get a another two to monitor the entry and exit points of my house. I am very pleased with it so far. I had a Ring doorbell but that hasn't been working at all. It was expensive, brand new couldn't get it set up. This was with their Tec support. Highly recommend this line of home security.

I love technology and this was such a simple interface to get set up and attached to the wall. The video quality is pretty good. Motion and sound sensors are sufficient. I did not hook it up to a voice command but it does its job nonetheless. I'd definitely recommend this to tech savvy people.

I received the Merkury Innovations Smart WiFi 1080P Camera with Voice Control and couldn't be happier. It was just what I was looking for to add a more security for my home. I love that is is super easy to set up and use. I am not very tech knowledgeable and I was able to set this up in just a few minutes. It works with either Google Assistant or Alexa and you can download the app so that you can view the live feed from anywhere anytime on your phone. I love that feature so that if I'm at work or away from home I can quickly check the app to see if packages were delivered. It has motion detection and will send you an alert on your phone as well. Another neat feature it is has is the listen and talk feature that allows you to have two way conversations through the built in mic and speaker which is great to use if someone is at your door. It also has night vision and the images and live feed is really clear. I love that you can also save the images and videos if you add your own micro SD card. It is really easy to set up and comes with a flexible stem that you can bend and curve at any angle you want and it comes with the adhesive pad to mount the camera with. I will definitively be looking at purchasing additional cameras to place at other locations around my home.

Merkury Innovations Smart WI-FI Camera has good clarity and color for an HD 1080 picture. The microphone is clear and easy to hear from both talking and listening from a good distance away. The camera unit itself is bendable so it can be adjusted while on the wall or table. You do need an SD Card you want to record or use the playback feature, it doesn't come with one. It must be plugged in to work but does have a good size cord. Easy to download the phone app and use it once downloaded. My favorite is the night vision and how clear you can see things.

I got 2 of these and 2 of the 720p version. I wanted to have something I could put inside to monitor my dogs when I'm away but also something I could place in other areas of my home for more security. I love that they have 2 way audio and that they're small and discreet. They're so easy to set up AND you can view multiple cameras at once! Definitely worth it! I will buy more in the future!

I really love this camera and it's perfect for my home. This camera helps me to see what my dogs and kids are doing while I'm not home. I love how this camera is voice activated and how it connects to my iPhone. It is the perfect size to be a discreet camera in the living room. I really love how it moves by voice. This camera is really the future it has a flexible stem, live video, and motion alerts. This is the perfect product for all of my moms on the go who want to keep an eye on their household. My favorite feature is that you can speak through the camera and talk to your kids. I also really love the fact that you can go on the app and see what's been recorded on the camera all day. It is like the perfect product for a busy household. This camera is just really cool to me. This is definitely one of my favorite new products now. I would definitely recommend this product to every family out there. I love that it is so easy to use and setup. I think this product is truly worth adding to my household.

This camera is extremely easy to setup and go once you get the app. Video quality is great and the features are very cool too. You can 2 way talk, record on your phone OR ad card, and you can disable the recording light. My only minor gripe is that the camera. HAS to be plugged in. Would've have like to have seen a rechargeable option as well.

We previously purchased a camera by a different brand that we've used for 2 years so I had a similar product to compare this camera by Mercury Innovations. If you refer to my photos you'll see what comes with the set & dimensions. The camera sits on a flexible stem, this made it so simple to place on the wall & angle properly. Also comes with 3M adhesive to attach to surface and stay put. Originally we placed it in our front window however at night the camera only picked up reflections of blinds or items inside home because of the camera light. Keep this in mind when deciding where to place. *Live view *Motion alerts, you can turn these off/on in the app. *Listen & talk The listen & talk is a plus! Allows us to speak to the kids and a sitter while away from the home. But it also works for deliveries, I'm able to speak to someone reliving a package just like you would with other products out there for that purpose. Keep in mind this only works if you have camera set up outdoors. The app is user friendly, simple controls at your finger tips. No fuss! Refer to my photos to see day & night photo. You can screen shot within the app. Make sure your connecting to a 2.4GHz network. Mobile device is running on iOS 9 or Android 5.0 or higher. You can use a microSD card to record footage (not included). Works with Alexa. Comes with simple easy to follow Manuel. I'm very impressed with this, no fuss or confusion. I only have 1 other camera to compare to. I'm not tech savvy, nor do I know what is considered a good price. The only thing I don't like is that it's not cordless. I was hoping to get the same results from this Smart WI-FI Camera as the other models of this same brand but after a few weeks of using this camera I can't see why they continue to sell this model. I have many of the other models numbers around in and outside of my home and all of them give superior video and connections compared to this one. I had the hardest time trying to get this camera connected to me internet, and I have a very smart home with all kinds of smart cameras, lights, plugs, speakers and other stuff, so I'm pretty skilled at setting this kind of stuff up. After finally getting it setup the video was very laggy! It took about a 4 or 5 second video every 20 or 30 seconds so it was very annoying to watch. When it did show the video, or a lagging still picture, the colors were bright and clear in the light and the video/picture in complete darkness was clear also. If it wasn't for the annoying lagging video, the daytime colors and the total darkness crispness would make this a descent smart wi-if camera for the price. But, how it comes today, it's not worth your time nor money.
