Meta Quest 2 (Oculus) - Advanced All-In-One Virtual Reality Headset - 256GB

I guess baby boomers aren't buying too many VR's oculus, but my children and grandchildren kept trying to get me to play beat saver, and I finally got a VR and started playing an easy because you have plenty of time to move before you hit the next block. It is great low impact exercise.

Ever since I bought it am hooked, device is as mentioned in the description. Shipping was first sll the way to Washington State. I love it. Buy the external battery pack for more enjoyment!

It came a day early with delivery. And it charged up fast and qas ready to use. My son absolutely loves this and it was "his best gift" in a very long time. Graphics are great volume us loud so you can hear or put ear buds in. Also I like how my kids when playing aren't just laying around they are actually up and moving and doing more than they have in a long time. So its very active.

Item is dangerous. see photos. If you purchase, keep the original box or the company WILL NOT honor their warranty unless you want a refurbished item. I purchased this item 6/7/2023 and on August 5th I had this (see photo). company won't replace item (new) without the box. I just think for this price, the item should last longer than 2 months which is how long I had mine and the 1 year warranty should be honored with proof of purchase and date purchased. Good thing for the extra warranty purchase. You're gonna need it.

Never received my purchase so I don't know what it is like to have it. On top of that I received absolutely no assistance from Walmart. What a joke huh? They told me to call my bank%26 FedEx %26 my bank told me to contact the merchant (Walmart). FedEx also told me to contact the shipper (Walmart). However Walmart couldn't have cared less to assist me. A mess this here is a mess but good ole Walmart who I've been loyal to did not assist nor care one bit. I still don't know what to do next. All the rude customer care reps only hang up or end chats when I contact them. I guess I'm just a worthless little guy to such a large corporation.

So a couple days ago my quest 2 had a software update and after it was done i went to use it, Headset was just boot looping. I left it alone for a while, went to try in again a couple hours later and it was flashing low battery, yest it had been plugged in via link cable the whole time. It tried booting a few times, now it won't even begin to charge, no indicator light or nothing. Did every trouble shooting technique possible, eventually i contacted Metas and made a support ticket, and am being told it will take a few weeks for a replacement ( that will be refurbished) which scares me sine mine is immaculate. Now I'm, being told none are in stock, So its a $600 paperweight, along with a $80 cabl. Yet on their website if i buy one it'll be here in 4 days and m,y local walmart has 4 on the shelf. I've read the horror stories of their support online and didn't think it would happen to me, but it did. honestly Just buy anything else , wish i would have.

I dislike that ordered and paid for 256 GB and yall sent me a 128 GB

hasnt held a charge . my grandson crying again because it dies within hour.
