This is an amazing product. Take the recommended dose on the back and you'll be moving the next day. Like clockwork it never lets Me down. The side effect of growing older is you need that little extra to make it happen. Not a great or easy subject to discuss but if you are having issues on relieving your bowels due to diet or medication this product works. But I find it easier to make sure you take it daily and you will always feel and be regular. And isnt that what its all about? lol.

I rarely write reviews, but y'all I like this product way too much not to. Great taste and great load of fiber. Fiber can make you feel fuller longer, so I personally take this to help curb my appetite (weight loss). In addition, it has helped in other areas too ex: digestion. It says to drink it with 8 oz I believe but I just fill it up in a 16 oz water bottle. I do this because the more water the lighter the flavor which I prefer. You have to drink it fast otherwise it gets thick, but I have no problem finishing my water quickly especially with this added flavor.

Works and tastes good but STILL is almost impossible to thoroughly dissolve. Very irksome.

Check the size and price. In 2021 I purchased this size for 18.44. Today it was 33.99. I assumed it was the larger size. Shame on me. I won't be purchasing from this store any more

I was really excited about this product until I read the ingredient label. aspartame gives me migraines. Pretty disappointing as it's hard to find good gluten free options.
