Very convenient. It's easy to just throw in the work bag and add to water bottle. they have to make t these individual packs available in more of their stores.

I really like the packs so much better! They are already proportioned and it makes it so easy to mix. Great taste and keeps you regulated and it does help with tummy control. 10/10 recommended

Great for on the go
I love the on the go packets. They are convenient and easy to open. The orange taste isn't bad either.

Metamucil daily routine
Metamucil works wonder for me most def added to my daily routine to keep me on track I can tell the difference if I go without using it on a regular basis

I am pleasantly surprised how well and quickly this product began to work. The flavor is good . I started by using half a packet a day and it seems to be fine for my system.
