GREAT PHONE FOR THE PRICE! THIS PHONE WAS A GREAT BACK UP FOR MY MOTHER. THE COSE WAS GRRAT NOT TOO MUCH NOT TOO LITTLE. THIS PHONE IS GREAT HAS A GREAT CAMERA AND SCREEN DOESNT LOOK CHEAP AT ALL. AND ALWAYS!!! GET THE PROTECTION PLAN!!! ALWAYS!!!
yes I'm very happy with my new phone now I just need to find a quality Case it'll keep it safe cuz unfortunately in my mid-60s I get the dropsies a little bit but so far so good 😊👍 this is asking me for a picture of the phone how can I possibly do that when I'm using it to talk on my text right now how can I give you a picture of my phone it's impossible
i love the phone but walmart electronics not so much anymore. went in the store to purchase and was told i could not purchase the phone without purchasing a service plan. this would be the 5th phone i have purchased as a replacement for damaged phones and had no problem up until i tried buying this one. i ended up going home and purchasing through my walmart and it was delivered and activated on my plan no problem.
Easy to set up! Great phone for basic needs! Great for preteens to use.My toddler used to watch kids youtube! Works just great. Battery life is great. Only thing is that it is slow when u first power it on after it had died(battery life) it takes longer then other phones but that's the only con. No big deal though.
I needed this to use it as a free government phone. Because the cell phone company sent me a bad phone, THEN they wanted to charge me $30 for the same kind of generic unknown brand that was ridiculously looking. SO, I chose to pay $40 for a nicer T-Mobile phone from Walmart. This is a Great Deal for me👍
snappy system when used with android speeder, net block , and cleanmaster (the one by cheatah mobile) the speaker is quality loudness on speaker phone but lacking at max valume for the earpeace, the wifi is mediocre but the cellellur chip is superb issuing quality 4.5 on the bar value al the time despite my local zone having poor cellular reception and interference( i also live underground a few feet). top notch for the minimum asking price i wouldnt recommend any other around the price range, also includes the standard sd micro memory slot
For those who have been confounded by every attempt to ascertain which one this is, it appears to be 2023 model. Something that greatly frustrated me was the absence of what year this model is that I bought. It's no good to wait for a phone then have to wait for the case and screen protectors that I couldn't accurately select until after delivery of the phone. Not to mention the product returns that also have to be completed because the information that was available turned up the wrong results via search engine. So for the lack of appropriate labeling, for lack of update on the information that was available, for the product returns I now must attend during this very busy holiday season while there are so many other things I need to do but must consume energy for this avoidable series of errors, I'm taking away a star. This is a gift and NOW it's going to be a LATE one.
I was not told that the phone I ordered and fully paid for would be a locked phone when it arrived at my residence. If I pay for a phone, then it should not be locked and I should be able to select the Phone Carrier of my liking, not forced to have service with a company just because them and Walmart the have some type of Marketing agreement!
Not happy false advertisement cause stressing %26 anxiety when you think your order will be ready for pickup %26 all items will be in Cart %26 in Stock as they promise when ordering %26 Selection is taking place. Also all items were not in basket as the customer care guy was saying that some items were substituted but at the handing over cart those items were not delivered as he said he twisted his explanation of substituted soups %26 it was mistaken for the pkgd one's %26 shopper did a good exchange as to substitute the Pkgd ones not available for the cup of soups but when this other guy handed the cart over to be picked up he said that those soups were cancelled I tried telling him that I didn't cancel them that I had approved that choice but he wouldn't hear of it so he didn't give all items shopped for but yet I'm being charged for them.. I thought it was about Customer care Service not the employee. Can't take pictures of missing items but only the Order number with the original orders.
Slow. I cannot even run Spotify in the background without it crashing multiple times a day because the phone just can't handle it. I know I've done everything I can do because I enabled unrestricted data and power usage on Spotify and didn't have battery saver mode on or low power in most incidents of apps crashing. I couldn't even run tik tok without crashing before the ban.
