Mexican Train Dominoes To Go

What a great way to play Mexican Train, or just plain Dominoes! I volunteer with older adults who sometimes cannot count the dots on regular dominoes, so this is so much easier for them to play and succeed!! I love it!!!

Fun way to reinforce number identity & name as well as color name & association. 4 year old grand daughter was enthralled for an hour. We made up our own rules! ( face up , find match to make the train. ) We celebrated how few were left when no matches remained!

Good size when playing with children or people with small hands. Great game & fun for children and adults.

We have the regular size set of Mexican Train dominoes, but it's too bulky and heavy for travel. After a recent trip my friends and I decided we needed a travel set, so I ordered this set. We like it very much, not only because it's much smaller and lighter, but also because it has the numbers in numerical form instead of all those dots to count.

I wanted a full size set with numbers instead of dots, but the only set I found had only 4 trains. I was worried this travel size would be too small but it is fine! We started playing regular dominoes with our 6 year old granddaughter and she is a champ at it! Great togetherness game we all enjoy

Very nice quality and even a better value, I'm so happy with it. If you are looking for a fun family game, this is a must have, it is also great for couples, or girls game night.

Dominoes with the numbers instead of dots make them easier to match at a glance - especially for children and older adults. Also the slightly smaller size are still big enough but don't take up so much room on the table.

These tiles are smaller than expected and I will need to buy another set to have enough tiles for a normal Mexican train game. But the numbers are great for those who have trouble seeing the small dots.

Game is great. Numbers vs dots makes counting points and identifying dominos much easier, especially in dim light. The smaller size dominos allow for play of Mexican Train on a smaller table (ie: camping table). Small carrying case is easy to pack for travel. I gave 4/5 stars because of a packaging error - received 8 trains but two are exactly the same color green. I solved this problem by adding a dab of paint to the top of one of the trains. So not a big deal but yet, not a perfect purchase. Please Note: score pads are not included but can be ordered separately.
