Great taste, great size, and great price!
These roasted red bell peppers are very good tasting also the size of the jars are perfect. I like to buy smaller size jars rather than larger jars. The reason is once opened you shorten the freshness time. Now I have more unopened jars that will remain fresh until I open them. The price is very reasonable and the product is great.

Love love love!
I get tired of throwing away veggies because I haven't used them soon enough. I have never used jar red peppers and now seem to add them to everything I cook. Just re-ordered 4 more jars.

I absolutely love these peppers!!
I absolutely love these peppers, and these 10 oz. jars are the perfect size for a single serving at an incredible price. My MAIN disappointment is that they are RARELY available!! So, I keep coming back to see when I can buy more!

I almost ate the whole jar, just as a snack!
Where have these been all my life?! My mind is literally blown. I didn't know these even existed, but I happened upon a recipe that I wanted to try which called for roasted red peppers. Being the ingredients label reader that I am, I went for Mozzetta as they don't use sulfates like most of the other brands out there. Curiosity got the best of me so even though I wasn't making the recipe tonight I thought I'd crack open the jar just to try a bite and see what it was all about. I made myself stop when I got halfway through the jar but I need to buy these in bulk! Yum!

Nutrients
Do your roasted red bell peppers contain any vitamin C? If so, what percentage of the daily value would 1/2 cup or 1/4 cup contain? Do your red bell peppers contain a significant amount of any other vitamins or minerals? If so, which vitamins and minerals? I eat your red peppers almost every day for several years and I would like to know if they have any nutritional value or do they lose it all during the roasting process? The jar labels list only four nutrients and show a 0% value for those 4 nutrients. I certainly hope my body is receiving at least SOME benefit from the huge amount of your red bell peppers I've been consuming over the last several years.
